At this point, most organizations have implemented some kind of social presence. But our experience is that most are still asking themselves “What do we do now?”
The services that we offer either answer that question, or make sure that it never needs to be asked. We don’t try and do it all, nor do we try to be everything for everyone. But if you are looking to implement great programs in these specific areas, then you should begin the conversation to see if we are a good fit for each other. We only partner with a handful of clients at a time, and our main criteria is to work with organizations that are truly looking to change the way they approach marketing and social media.
Our services are:
- Social Education
- Social Strategy
- Web and Social Development
- Social Search and Advertising
- Social Analytics
Social Education
Biztegra provides workshops that take participants through the thinking and processes that we go through when working with our clients. And then we add in some of our ‘secret sauce’ techniques and artifacts. You will walk away at the end of the day with your head spinning with so many ideas but also with the knowledge of where to start, and what to do next.
All of our workshops are offered privately for clients or organizations either at their offices or offsite. We also offer our Social Media Strategy workshop publicly at cities around the country (Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Orlando, Miami).
We customize private workshops to fit the needs of your business and industry, and can focus on specific areas, tools, platforms, or approaches.
Our standard workshops and timings are:
- Developing a Social Media Strategy (full day)
- 20 Trends that Are Already Impacting Your Business (half day)
- Using Facebook to Drive Your Business (Full day, half day, 1-2 hour)
- Using LinkedIn to Drive Your Business (half day, 1-2 hour)

You can register for one of our public workshops, or begin the conversation about bringing one of these workshops to you.
Social Strategy
One of the issues that we see on an on-going basis is organizations (of all sizes) having implemented some kind of social platform, and then asking “What do we do now?”
The problem is that the vast majority of implementations are done outside of the organizations existing marketing programs and campaigns, and are not focused on discreet and measurable business goals, or supporting specific corporate strategies.
This is one of the 2 fundamental social media mistakes organizations make.
The other fundamental mistake is that most organizations are starting at the wrong end when implementing social programs.
The process that we go through with our clients ensures that neither of these mistakes is made.
This is the core to our clients’ success. Integrating the social into their existing programs, and ensuring they support organizational goals and strategies. If you want to call that a Social Media Stratey, that’s ok with us. To us, it’s just how we do what we do.
To find out what we mean by all this, begin the conversation about getting an actual Social Strategy created for your organization.
Web and Social Development
In today’s world, great marketing requires great technology. Once we’ve agreed on what needs to be done, our technology team will work with yours to design, build, and implement some incredible programs. Or we can turnkey the entire process, even down to the on-going hosting and support.
From a technology perspective, we have built to most of the major social platforms’ APIs, WordPress, and tend to focus development on the LAMP stack. (Don’t tell those guys and gals, but we also work in the JAVA world).
If you are looking to develop something amazing, start the conversation with us, and let us show you our technical side.
Social Search and Advertising
Everyone is focused on building their own social presence on the major social platforms. But should this really be the only focus? We think there’s so much more opportunity out there.
In our view, a well run social program is also an incredible Search Engine Optimization program, or what we call a Social Search program.
As marketers we look to target based on demographics, geographics, and psychographics. Basically, we are looking to uncover and focus our marketing on our targets’ personal information, and also their hopes, wants , fears, uncertainties, desires, likes, and dislikes, to name but a few.
The beauty of all of these social platforms, is that they have already segmented the market for us on all of these atributes. It’s not just about building your own presence, but using the tools that are available on the major platforms to target the groups and segments that have already put up their hands and identified themselves as your targets. Which billions of people globally have done.
It truly is a great time to be a marketer.
And we know how to create incredible, targeted advertising programs on these platforms and combine them with the rest of your social program and web site and email and all of your other marketing channels to drive traffic, and business. It’s that integration that is at the core of really driving your business.
And don’t get us started on what we call ‘The Minors.’ There are thousands of social platforms that have been built for every group or sub-group or hobby or ethnicity, or any other way humans can categorize themselves. And we know how to find them, and work with them on your behalf to create something really special.
If you are looking to truly build a great social search and advertising program, begin the conversation with us to find out how.
Social Analytics
Measurement. ROI. Dollars. Makes sense?
The problem in today’s world is that the number of tools, platforms, channels, partners, techniques that are available to marketers has grown tremendously over the past couple of years. And the complexity of tracking and reporting on all of these platforms over time, and understanding how they interrelate has grown exponentially. Most organizations still aren’t even using Google Analytics to its full potential. Add in Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, and everything else we have generating reports for us, and you have a bunch of data that no one can really use to make decisions. If you have a great Analytics program that covers all of your channels and platforms up and running then you are truly ahead of the game and in the minority.
If not, then you should really talk to us. We want to make sure that we are tracking the work that we are doing for our clients, that we understand what the measurement of success will look like and that we are building programs that drive to that success. We use lots of tools to help us. Everything from Google’s free tools, to measuring and monitoring tools (we have standardized on Sysomos), to our own dashboards we build based on client needs. And then we work with our clients over time to refine and combine the data these tools generate to create an actionable report that we can use to drive programs and business.
If you’re still struggling to get a handle on all of the programs you have running across all of the platforms they are running on, then you should begin the conversation with us to help you sort through it all.
